We are in our 9th year at Dixie Canyon! We offer 5 classes a week on campus after school. The bell rings and kids are excited little artists ready to create art or a craft to take home.

We believe all children are creative and with a little skill and hands on instruction they can make their imagination show up on paper or in a creation.

Dixie Canyon Community Charter

Classes are an hour and 20 minutes after the bell. We offer Monday - Thursday, with 2 classes on Tuesdays.

Registration is required for each session, join the waitlist if a class if full. Many times people change and we fill the spot.

Pick up is at the Reunion gate.

We meet right after the bell in room 103. TK, Kinder & 1st grade are picked up and escorted to class.

Older kids, 2nd grade+ walk themselves to room 103.

They are offered a nut-free snack and then get their wiggles out by socializing and hanging out together.

Class begins with coming together with a story book and chat about art or the craft. We get to work and bring our ideas to life. All kids are encouraged to put their own artistic flair into the project of the day.

We have one rule: You can’t quit

They can make it the ugliest art or craft one has ever seen, but they cannot give up. Struggle is part of the process to making art. And 9.5 times out of 10, they go home happy.
